Delete your account

You can delete your Stock Sim account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. 1Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. 3Confirm with Delete permanently. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to verify your Apple ID once more.
  4. 4Your account and data are deleted and you are signed out.

If you cannot access the app

Write from the email address registered to your account, with “Delete account” in the subject line, to: support@stockmarketsimulator.app

If you signed in with Apple or Google, include the email address associated with that account. Once we verify your identity, we will delete your account and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Account details: first name, last name, email address, sign-in method
  • Virtual balance, portfolio, positions and order history
  • Watchlist and price alerts
  • Lesson progress, streak and leaderboard results
  • Notifications, notification preferences and device registrations
  • Sign in with Apple link (also removed from your Apple account)

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store account settings. Purchase records may be kept by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
