Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Stock Sim app. By using the app you accept these terms. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. What the service is
Stock Sim is an educational simulation app. It does not offer real money, real securities or derivatives trading, brokerage or investment advisory services.
2. Account
You can use the app as a guest or by creating an account with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you sign out of a guest session, your guest data may be lost.
3. Virtual balance and trades
Balances, positions and profit/loss are entirely virtual; they have no real value and can’t be cashed out, transferred or purchased.
Orders fill according to the simulation’s rules and may differ from real-market outcomes. We may correct virtual balances and trades to fix errors or prevent abuse.
4. Pro subscription
Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings.
When a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple’s refund policy.
5. Market data
Stock prices come from the IEX exchange and option prices from an indicative feed. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and may differ from consolidated market prices.
6. Not investment advice
Lessons, AI analyses and other content are for information only and are not investment advice. You are responsible for your real investment decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Abusing the app, accessing it with automated tools, manipulating the leaderboard or using offensive nicknames is not allowed. In such cases we may suspend or delete the account.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or the accuracy of its data.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
